Quotes and pricing

Prices shown on this website are starting prices for properties that fall within the stated package guidelines. They are not a final quote. Multi-story homes, oversized areas, heavy buildup or staining, commercial properties and properties exceeding package limits require custom pricing.

Requests are not bookings

Submitting the free quote form or selecting a preferred date is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Clean Slate Home Solutions confirms all consultations and scheduled work directly with you.

Property access and condition

You agree to provide access to the areas being cleaned and a working water source where required. Some staining is permanent and may not fully release even with professional cleaning; we will tell you when we expect that to be the case.

Cancellations and weather

Scheduled work may be rescheduled for weather or safety reasons. We will contact you to arrange a new time.

These terms may be updated as our services change. The current version always appears on this page.
